Attitude

My friend, Nita, from Florida shared this with me today.

There was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head! "Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today. So she did and she had a wonderful day!

The next day when she woke up, she looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head! "H-M-M, " she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today."! So she did and she had a grand day!

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head! "Well," she said, "Today, I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail." So she did, and she had a fun, fun day!

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head! "YAY!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! Have a Good Day! Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle."

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Thank you for visiting my blog and for your uplifting comments on prayer. It is so encouraging to me to see how your heart is wanting to conform more to God's will and purposes and less to getting what you want from Him. I do think that is what it is all about. Learning to trust Him in every situation and submitting to His will.

Well, I need that lesson on attitude today! I have a math test coming up in 2 days that is a bear and I am not progressing well with my studies (yes, I am a non-traditional college student).

Thanks for coming by Southern Somedays! Have a wonder filled day.

Now that's a great attitude!

That is one of my favorite Scriptures.

Hi Cheryl,
Thanks so much for offering to help with the Thursday Thirteen. I didn't have time to sit and try it today (had to spend time with a friend at the hospital), but I will try it again. If I can't figure it out I'll "holler" at you.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
